Vince Brannon

Vince Brannon was a founding partner of Brannon & Tully, a contract professional services firm based in Atlanta. The company was formed in 1983 as Programming Alternatives and became Brannon & Tully in early 1988. Brannon & Tully grew to become one of the premier IT consulting firms in the Southeast. Vince led the information technology services firm as the COO and CMO, managing sales and marketing development as well as the daily operations. By 1995, he was responsible for overseeing a forty million dollar business employing 400 consultants. Brannon & Tully was then poised for acquisition by Comforce, a publicly traded firm.
After leaving Brannon & Tully / Comforce in 1996, Vince was involved with launching and financing new venture start-ups. Professional Web Authoring and Surf-IT were created and sold to larger national firms. Then, in 1999 Vince was asked to be a founder and the first CEO / President of BrightLane.com, a B2B ecommerce marketplace. BrightLane raised 40 million dollars with equity and angel partners including First Union and Nationwide Insurance. BrightLane successfully merged with Teamstaff / DLH, a publicly traded professional services firm specializing in healthcare support services to the Federal Government.
Following the successful transition of BrightLane in 2003, Vince was involved in financing and mentoring several other start-up endeavors, including BrightLine Healthcare Services and Kinetix. In 2008 Vince co-founded and served as CEO of R.M. Battle Consulting, an information risk management, compliance and governance consulting firm, where he led sales, operations and marketing efforts on health care engagements.
Most recently, since 2010, Vince served as the Executive Vice President of Staffing Technologies, an INC 500 and top Atlanta Business Chronicle listed, fifty million dollar per year contract IT staffing firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia with branch offices in Dallas, Nashville and Seattle. Vince managed the day-to-day operations of sales and recruiting, as well as new business development and account management.
Prior to his career in the human resources services industry, Vince was involved in Clinical and Academic pursuits: serving as the Director of the Fannin County, Texas Mental Health Center for three years, and dedicating three years to clinical private practice in Wilmington, NC. During this time period, Vince taught undergraduate and graduate courses as an adjunct professor for Texas A&M/Commerce, Sam Houston State, and Columbia College, Columbia Missouri.
Vince holds an Ed.D in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Masters in Correctional Psychology from Sam Houston State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Presbyterian College.
Vince enjoys supporting community services such as Habitat for Humanity, The Hub Counseling Center, and screening for international adoption services; as well as fund raising for Woodward Academy, The Lovett School, and Haborview Hospital.
